In 1995, the Ericksen-Mendoza family established the Hispanic
Link Journalism Foundation to provide Hispanics with opportunities
to sharpen their writing skills, pursue journalism careers
and educate the general population nationally and
internationally on issues relevant to Hispanics.
Using Washington, D.C. resources as a base, the Foundation
provides educational and professional enhancement and/or
training. We are dedicated to the advancement of individuals
interested in or pursuing media and journalism careers,
through fellowships, internships and scholarships.
