You are going to need one. Nevada is about to become a key deciding state in presidential elections. The Democratic National Committee has given Nevada the go-ahead to join Iowa in holding an early presidential caucus before the New Hampshire primary. The Nevada Caucus will take place on Jan. 19, 2008, squeezed between the Iowa Caucus of Jan. 14 and the New Hampshire primary on Jan. 22.

Many of my Mexican-American friends can’t understand Puerto Rican politics.
